My shot across the bow to our present Sheriff of Rock County. I challenge you and Sheriff's all across the country to pledge to the following:
If I, Christian-Edward, Son of Vincent, House of Piccolo am given the privilege of serving the People of Rock County as Sheriff:
1) No home in Rock County will be foreclosed on for public debt as I know the "big lie." The National Debt is owed To the People and NOT the other way around. I know that your signature created the credit and then bankers fraudulently demand "mortgage payments" from you for the rest of your natural life. In addition, the records of local banks will be seized by the Sheriff's department to locate anyone who has already been forced out, and ask them to "come back home." Any bankers still left in our County when I am sworn in will be rapidly brought to justice for their fraudulent acts be it knowing or unknowing as they say "Ignorance of the law is no excuse."
2) The Drug War in Rock County will be declared over. No longer will the STATE be incarcerating People with HEALTH PROBLEMS. Drug addiction is a PRIVATE matter and not an issue for public debate. The Drug War is nothing but a front for a GLOBAL MAFIA which uses the media to convince you to allow them to abuse your neighbors. I'm done standing by and watching it and I'm not going to take it anymore. Hint: Heroine has shot up over 900% since we "freed" the people of afghanistan, and their poppy fields.
3) Every non-violent offender in our jails and prisons who have been adjudicated over by a Judge working for ROCK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT, a subsidiary of STATE OF WISCONSIN, and a Plaintiff by the name of STATE OF WISCONSIN will be exonerated. These are FRAUDULENT cases and must be exonerated immediately as the Judge did not honor his oath to be impartial.. Offenders accused of violent acts will rapidly be put through a court de-jure with 12 peers adjudicating to "weed" out the last of the fraudulence in our local for-profit "just us" system.
4) The federal "government" will not be welcome in Rock County except on invitation or by consented to request. I will never cede my authority to the federal "government" in any way shape or form and promise to keep all the People in my County in the loop at all times. No federal agent will be allowed to be armed while in our County. The only armaments allowed in our County will be carried by the Sheriff's department and the responsible Home Owner.
5) Anyone who wants it, can have my cellphone number. If I am too busy talking with the People, I will deputize someone who also has a cellphone and the call can be taken by him or her. I will continue to deputize until we have a direct line of communication between the People AND the Sheriff's department at all times. Communication begets understanding and understanding can almost always quell violence. Preventing violence and protecting People's property should be our only duties to enforce at the Sheriff's department.
6) Unfortunately, for Rock County to achieve it's freedom the for-profit police departments will have to be shut down. All officers will be welcome to be put on the list of deputies however they must pass strict tests of constitutionality in order to be admitted onto our new force of "Peace Officers." We will not have many laws to follow so there may be not be as much need for so many cops. In fact how many people do you know who have followed the common law:
1) Don't hurt anyone.
2) Don't steal.
3) Don't contract fraudulently.
Now the third one would be mostly me none of my business but I do know that since HJR 192 when the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT went bankrupt and borrowed your money to stay afloat, since from then on you had no money, you could no longer pay your debts! Long story but I know I am lawfully unable to STEAL your property for the payment of PUBLIC DEPT which exists on paper alone and can be erased with a pencil eraser.
7) Have no fear everyone! Anyone who looses a "government" job will quickly be employed in the private sector here as our real estate market more than doubles, hemp production and many other businesses come to Rock County, and many other things that happen in a completely free market start happening in a very exciting new age.
8) There will be no bailouts of big companies or little companies. Businesses that do bad business will go out of business to make room for businesses that do good business. That is the natural cycle of things in a free market and the sanctity of the free market will be protected at all times in Rock County. I consider the free market to be synonymous with liberty itself.
9) Be PREPARED for lies, distortions, fabrications and all out personal attacks on myself and my campaign by the members of the banking industry, the legal profession and others. I will not have the money to spend on tv and radio like they do. You can however call me at (608) 466-9361 to get my side of the story any time. Please make sure everyone you know who wants me to win has my contact information as well.
10) I plan to set the standard, not comply with business as usual. You will enjoy an unprecedented amount of freedom to do whatever it is you want. Your law enforcement officers will be friends and you will know them on a personal level. They will know you had a drunk brother who's harmless or a crazy ex that wants to hurt you. They will know of your arthritis and that you need to be helped to your car in the morning. They will know that you have a heart condition and are concerned you may not be able to get to the hospital on time.
In short, we will all know each other again, and not fear each other as fear is a reaction to the unknown. Our for-profit police stations, jails and prisons will be converted into children and teen recreation centers and open for volunteers to spend some of their time with the kids. If you are concerned with strangers spending time with your kids that can be easily rectified by you coming down yourself and keeping an eye on them!
Not even Obama will tell me what do do as he has no rights to. I answer to the People as they are my direct authority, and a higher power I choose to call God. I will not allow any vaccinations of any kind to be administered forcefully and will implement educational attacks against the pharmaceutical companies nationwide as we pull the veil of corporatism and greed and reveal how these companies have nothing over your friendly neighborhood "witch doctor!"
The ultimate authority on this land rests with the People. I will hold that authority of the People I serve by privilege only and always put the People's business first when dealing will all agents of "government." It is these pledges I make to you by Vincent my father and with God as my witness!

I think we should ship violent people to a island for violent people where they can learn how to form a system of government where people don't kill eachother. The only separation that should be made in basic society should be VIOLENT or NON-VIOLENT!
Even in disease situations where the "public's safety" is at risk, the public has the freedom to leave their homes just as much as you have a right to stay in YOURS! Passing a law which MANDATES vaccinations violates the common law of basic freedom.
On religion. I suggest a "united religions" committee to create a universal database so that individuals could get a second opinion if their local rabbi, pastor, priest, monk (sorry if I'm leaving you out) or preacher is making interpretations that they feel are questionable. Representation for this committee could be selected from some type of Republican system. It would have no power of law it would be strickly for reference.
I don't believe in separation of church and state I believe in complete separation of church! Period. Church should be a private matter you should not need a global church id card or something. (No but i'm sure if you wait long enough someone will propose it.)

Since STATE OF WISCONSIN is the TRUSTEE, it's investors (STATE OF WISCONSIN INVESTORS BOARD) control how the TRUST is administered. A Ballot Resolution: Full Disclosure of STATE OF WISCONSIN TRUSTEE relationship:
In order for STATE OF WISCONSIN to become TRUSTEE:
1) Both mother AND father must be verbally notified of the relationship, understand fully, be of sound mind and affix their signatures on the BIRTH CERTIFICATE. If father is not present and there is no response by registered mail within 30 days the mother may assign the relationship alone.
2) The full text of the nature of the TRUST and STATE OF WISCONSIN role as TRUSTEE must be fully legible on the contract.
3) There can be no objections by either parent.
4) All must be true for STATE OF WISCONSIN to be awarded TRUSTEE responsibilities.
5) Both parents reserve rights to take over as TRUSTEE at any time. If disputes arise both parents capabilities to manage said trust should be evaluated with the child's best interests foremost considered by one representative for each family line.
6) The age of 12 is generally considered to be the "age of awareness" and also the beginning of rebellion. Since lack of control of one's TRUST is a form of SLAVERY, the child at this age may become TRUSTEE of his/her trust and Sovereign TRUSTEE. A healthy education by parents before this time should be sufficient for the child to make sound decisions.
