Ballot Resolution: Full Disclosure of the STRAWMAN

I'm going to edit this proposed legislation as the thread evolves folks but I think this is if not a FATAL blow to the NWO -> It sure is a crippling one.

Let's give the parents of the child an informed choice?

1) The CONTRACT between the new born child and the STATE OF must be clarified fully in fine print on the the BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

2) The mother must be notifed VERBALLY and be in sound mind at the time of the notification, and also affix a clear written signature.

3) The Father must also be VERBALLY notified - and if not present at birth he must be served via CERTIFIED mail. His signature must also be affixed for there to be a valid contract.

4) A BIRTH CERTIFICATE is only valid if both the mother and father have consented as per above.

5) Any child at any age upon achieving the age of awareness of this CONTRACT with the STATE OF can be voided by his/her signature alone.

SO -> While the NWO is spreading their H1N1 Flu Virus -> We now have a MUCH more lethal weapon at our disposal. The Jig is up... pass one ballot resolution and the NWO dries up in a generation.... and overnight their empire starts losing MASSIVE amounts of WEALTH as the new borns from there on are not paying in any longer.

Excellent idea, NEO! Imagine thousands of volunteers all across the country with flyers and petitions in front of major shopping centers, theaters, DMVs, etc., exposing this to the masses... COOL!
