[Cronology of Events]

Late October (could not find a pinpointed poll)
- Ron Paul is at @ 3% in New Hampshire Primary Polls

Nov 5th - RPs supporters raise 4.3 million in one day
- Ron Paul gets 24 hour coverage for a week

Dec 15th - 11% in NH polls - Important: full 8 point swing even while heavily censored
- obviously from the one week we DID actually get noticed.

Dec 16th - Anniversary of the Boston Tea Party +6 Million - breaks all time record - (avg donation around 60 bucks btw)

Dec 30th - Ron Paul at 8% again why? Total MSM blackout on Ron Paul - all we got for our 6 million dollar effort was a couple of casual mentions that lasted less than 2 minutes for about a day and a half.

I do not blame the folks who lost hope - it's happened so many times before... however, this would be pretty strong evidence in any courtroom in front of pretty much any jury? I know that I was emotionally and financially harmed from the Main Stream Media bias? How many other millions of Ron Paul supporters are there that were too?

Remember the missing pie chart name folks? It is BURNED into my BRAIN!

The charges would be: Racketeering and Treason, among other offenses one of which could be perhaps tampering with election results of some sort if we really want to go for the brass ring.

If no lawyer volunteers to take this case I personally volunteer and would LOVE to present my case, facts and evidence to a jury. I do not need a lot of money to do this. Since I would be council it would not cost a lot and volunteer to pay expenses out of pocket. What I need is roughly a few thousand Ron Paul supporters who would be willing to be plaintiffs in the case.

The damages in this case would be unprecedented. Especially considering what our economy is like now compared to what our economy would be like if someone who knew about economies was at the helm.

I will not settle in this case. We will bulldog our way right to trial. This will get coverage and exposure regardless of the MSM's fruitless efforts to suppress it. I want to see what 12 of our peers think when when the case is presented in it's entirety.

If you put me in a room with 12 people that HAVE TO pay attention to me on this issue I am 100% confident they will believe me when I'm done.

That is... How do we present ourselves to guarantee that the court(s) will recognize us and an administrative duty/jurisdiction regarding us? How do we present a claim that includes verifiable damages,... also able to be mitigated?

Or do we even want that to happen? (We may be better off staying outside certain courts' jurisdiction.)

The rule regarding standing is what they were using to throw out all the cases regarding Obama's citizenship.
