From the stuff I've stuffed in my brain in the last couple of weeks, I've been updating this VENT letter to the DA who's pressing these ridiculous charges. I was wondering if anyone could catch a mistake I make in Black's Law lingo.

I'm not sure I'd ever send it... but it's great for educational purposes... and if he sees it online I could give a crap lol. ANyway... here goes...

I claim common law jurisdiction Scott... and then I'm going to start pressing charges. Since this paperwork that I mistakenly thought was mine only had YOUR signature on it I'm going after you personally for knowingly participating in an ILLEGAL CONTRACT.

So you want to make CHRISTIAN EDWARD PICCOLO a slave (put me in your prison) and effectively KIDNAP me, the living soul and subvert my God given rights as a Free Man on The Land? If you think you're just "doing your job" then your job will be going to prison.

I want to give you a clear picture of what is at stake Scott, for both of us...

... and remember... YOU are a "person" which is a CORPORATION.

Should I see a Jury, this will be the defense of my client CHRISTIAN EDWARD PICCOLO who we can refer to as "STRAWMAN" from this point to avoid confusion:

I will be asking you... on the stand. These questions:

Is the STATE (better known now to me as "PLANTATION" through my research of the 14th amendment in the constitution) OF NEW HAMPSHIRE a FOR PROFIT corporation?

After a few more questions and admissions, by you... (I do hope you have your facts strait, it's going to look bad if you don't) that I am in essence up against a completely biased and FOR PROFIT system - I will simply ask YOU, if it's possible for my client to get a fair trial in this FOR PROFIT CORPORATE STATE without a jury?

You may also want to look into the legalities of solitary confinement once in jail - I would put that under "cruel and unusual" but I'm also researching state statues as well. If you do KIDNAP me... I will educate many of other prisoners of their unknown slavery - That might not go over too well which is why I am educating myself on all contingencies. I will not be forced to vaccinate once in jail. If i am placed in solitary confinement your life will never ever ever ever be the same, Scott.

I'm not talking to the STATE OF WISCONSIN because the STATE OF WISCONSIN has no soul. You Scott, as your fictitious identity also have no soul. You profit on the slavery and servitude of others. You produce nothing. Your life undoubtedly has contributed NOTHING to the human race's evolution in fact you've bounced us back a step or two.

Are you aware of the master plan or are you just a pawn Scott?

THEN -> I'm going to ask you what percentage of defendants -> Weather they plead guilty or not -> ever see a Jury, which is the great equalizer of the "JUST US" system.

You need to know my conclusion before you ever sit on that stand Scott... I assure you. I urge the living man to study this case and understand it's true purpose. Make SURE you know my client is the bad guy before you go up against him.

Now both of us have something riding on this Scott only one of us has the power to stop it.

Even if you somehow perjure your way out of a felony violation and $100,000,000 fine. I have a plan B, C and D. In fact these plans were bumped down for plan A. I do not want to ruin the cops life who busted my client - he was a pleasure to talk to and was genuinely interested in what I had to say. I'm not going to sit in a cage for him however.

How would you like me in your court everyday presenting clients who have no attorney under the rock solid base of this law? Your corporation would evaporate overnight. I'll educate an army of sovereigns who will take that building down brick by legal brick.

There has to be something in that lawyer handbook that says "don't get into a fight you can't win", and certainly not one that could destroy the very fabric of your universe!

If the defense of my client is hampered in any way by either you or the judge I assure you I will direct my lawful wrath directly at the individual who is obstructing justice. You will not railroad my client or KIDNAP me and get away with it.

I'm studying perhaps 16-20 hours per day - how long are you studying daily on this specific case? While I represent a fictitious name to you - you are the one who threatens my personal God given liberty with your ignorance of the law. I hope after reading this I'm more than just a capitalized name to you. If you want some leniency here then you better start getting to know his Attorney-In Fact, the living man.

You are den of vipers and thieves - and SLAVE MASTERS and I will see that you are brought to justice. Long Live Andrew Jackson! You got the wrong guy in your cross hairs Scott, you need to aim that thing DUE EAST!

As my eyes have first now been opened, I realize our fathers, grandfathers and so on willingly submitted to their slavery. I absolve you of your former crimes to me. Go now in peace from my Kingdom (my home) and leave me in peace as well.

You know... my mother always said I'd make a good lawyer. I must say the possibility of being confined in a cage is excellent motivation. What I do in my castle is not of your concern or lawful ability to encroach upon unless I am hurting another living being. There's no victim here Scott. That is the basis of common law in my so far very limited understanding of it. How am I doing?
