Petition Information: Full disclosure of BIRTH CERTIFICATE LIENS

A BIRTH CERTIFICATE is a contract which makes the STATE OF WISCONSIN your child's TRUSTEE! The TRUST itself is named after your child, only the name is in ALL CAPS! LIENS are then placed against that TRUST. Since the STATE OF WISCONSIN is the TRUSTEE, it's investors (STATE OF WISCONSIN INVESTORS BOARD) then control what LIEN holders get paid. One of the first things that happens is the STATE OF WISCONSIN transfers a great big chunk of it's DEBT to the TRUST!

Ever wonder how YOU are on the hook for the NATIONAL DEBT? You signed on at birth!

The STATE OF WISCONSIN is a CORPORATION not a place! So is your local jail, court and police department. These are all FOR PROFIT entities just trying to make a BUCK!

A LIEN is a claim of debt - which if held against PROPERTY such as a TRUST is due to be paid upon liquidation of that property.

How does the TRUST make money?

One way is since HJR 192 - The government "will pay all debts". Any debt you incur be it mortgage, credit cards, court fines, speeding tickets. All of these debts are paid for by your TRUST.

Please refer to Black's Law where the definition of a "person" is a CORPORATION! Black's Law is based on old style english that new style americans don't know! This old style british english is what your local FOR PROFIT court system SPEAKS!

They are speaking a DIFFERENT LANGUAGE!

Using your lack of knowledge of this TRUST and Black's Law the STATE OF WISCONSIN and all of it's representatives use "legal-ease" (in some cases without their knowledge) to get you to stand in for your TRUST, and hence pay the fines they order you to pay!

They are DOUBLE DIPPING!

This TRUST has also been referred to as your "STRAWMAN".

There has been decades of research, many have fired the STATE OF WISCONSIN and become the TRUSTEE of their TRUST! In the process all debts under these FRAUDULENT contracts (made with your ALL CAP NAME - your TRUST - not YOU) are eliminated and they have reclaimed their sovereign (constitutional) rights as American Nationals and are no longer UNITED STATES citizens.

The IRS, DRIVER licenses, court fines, social security, prison (correctional) fees and costs are all part of your "benefits" package because you work for a corporation! UNITED STATES FEDERAL! You signed up to work for this corporation when you check "are you a UNITED STATES citizen?"

So why aren't we hearing about this on the media?

Because UNITED STATES citizens are on the hook for the NATIONAL DEBT if they are unaware of their TRUSTS and the people that own the main stream media are the ones TRADING TREASURY BONDS which are essentially OUR TRUSTS!!! Christian Edward from PyraBang Inc tried to do a local documentary on "how babies are made" in Beloit. After obvious suspicion and and many hospital questions Christian knew he would not get an interview. He tried to give Mary Brancamp from BELOIT HOSPITAL a chance to refute these charges regarding BIRTH CERTIFICATE LIENS but she was evasive, abrasive and short. She also commented about an exclusive arrangement with Beloit Daily News and she would not speak with us further.

So we will take our case to the people!

A Ballot Resolution: Full Disclosure of STATE OF WISCONSIN's TRUSTEE relationship:

In order for the STATE OF WISCONSIN to become the TRUSTEE:

1) The mother must be notified verbally of the contract, fully understand it and be of sound mind at the time of birth and affix signature on the BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

2) The father must be notified of the contact, fully understand it, be of sound mind and affix signature if in agreement. If not present at time of birth a registered letter notification may be used. An original signature must be affixed by the father on the BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

3) The full text of the nature of the TRUST and the STATE OF WISCONSIN's role as TRUSTEE must be in full and in legible print on the contract.

4) All of above must be true for a valid BIRTH CERTIFICATE and hence transfer of TRUSTEE rights.

5) Any child at the age of (12) with full knowledge of the TRUST may become TRUSTEE of his/her trust.

I read somewhere that in order for a birth certificate to be legal it must be signed by the person just like any other legal document. Since no one can sign their own birth certificate, and we did not have any say so in choosing our own name, we have the right to claim that we are whoever we want to be. They may argue that a minor child has no rights except those given them by their parents, but that's not true. If a child can divorce their parents they have the right also to choose their own name or declare their birth certificate null and void.

actually heart the birth certificate is a contract that is in fact a fraudulent one. You can however make it a valid one by actually becoming the trustee.

Then it works as it was written - which was actually a good idea however the rich kind of kept it to themselves.

This is the bottom line folks. And that's why you're not getting half of the truth from your media.

Lawyers are the problem. It requires you learning some simple things about the law and how to prevent corporations who mistakenly think they are governments... from contracting with you.

Nick and I are also working hard on putting together some kind of step by step program... but really what helps is for you to CALL me and I can talk to you about what you need to SAY to people who think they are your authority.

Really it's about the questions.. the questions you ask them.

As far as how fast we move... we're limited on speed but have many plans. It is unfortunate that out of 10,000 members only 4 have stepped forward because they realize although everyone in some way is "me me me" they realize the bigger picture is that if everyone else is not free....

Freemen are not bullet proof... I would suggest you start thinking about talking to your neighbors, researching the information with them before graduating yourself. Becoming a freeman is a whole new way of life... you can't just fill out a form.

I agree Neo. It's sort of like when the slaves were freed some of chose to stay slaves because they were afraid to venture out into the world. Or when a person gets out of prison after a long encarceration. They would rather commit another crime and go back to prison than live in the world as a free person. It takes a lot of guts to take on corporate injustice and governmental criminals. It's not easy but if you want freedom, you have to be willing to pay the price for it.

I was watching a video on the martial law that's been set up in Mass. already and was thinking as I saw the training they were putting the soldiers through that they had no clue what they were being called on to do. The very people they were supposed to be protecting they would soon be forcing poison on.

What Jim Jones did was terrible, but what our own government is doing is what God made hell for!

If it's too complicated for you, just think of it in small steps and take one at a time. If you have a printer, just print it up and you're halfway there.

This is not half as complicated as having an armed officer force their way into your home and being forced to watch as your child gets a vaccination full of who knows what or knowing that your children's future may be spent in a concentration camp that will make Hitler's look like kindergarten.
